"When I first started training with Julian, one of my goals was to learn how to workout properly. Learning about nutrition and proper technique, as well as general education in fitness. Julian has assisted me in achieving my initial objective of dropping 10 kg by providing ideas, solutions and expanding my knowledge and fitness. Long-term objective is to continue decreasing weight and learning about exercise. Julian makes it simple with the two apps he provides: the fitness app for personalized program, demonstrating videos and keeping track of your progress, and the MyFitnessPal app for tracking your nutrition targets"

"My past experience with other gyms and trainers was not the greatest I would go for a week or 2 then start finding excuses not to go. Trainers seemed to be only interested in getting money give you the bare minimum time and giving you a standard workout plan.
He sat down went right through my past and explained how it was going to be personalized to my needs and goals. He is a great person who is there for advice and helps you achieve your goals.
My goals at the start was to lose weight get healthy and to attempt the half Tough Mudder in 2018. I have lost 42kg in 18 months and have completed 9 obstacle races including the full Tough Mudder in 2019. 
He is a great guy. He pushes you hard and helps you succeed in your goals"
